• Customer is responsible for clearing the work area of furniture and personal items unless moving services are arranged
• Existing flooring removal is not included unless specified in the contract
• We are not responsible for pre-existing subfloor conditions that may affect installation
• Customer should ensure adequate climate control during and after installation
• A walkthrough inspection will be conducted upon completion of installation

8. Warranties and Guarantees

Carpet Emporium & Flooring provides the following warranties:

• Installation Warranty: We stand behind our workmanship and will address any installation-related issues
• Manufacturer Warranty: All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified
• Warranty Claims: Contact us promptly if you notice any defects or issues

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

9. Returns and Cancellations

• Cancellations after materials have been ordered may result in restocking fees
• Unused, unopened stock materials may be returned within 30 days for store credit
